If Hyundai building a truck was something you saw coming, you were probably in the minority on that front. Many fans across the industry were surprised when Hyundai first introduced its concept pickup truck back in 2015, but even more so when they followed this up by debuting the production model in early 2021. Now a few years later the brand’s first-ever pickup truck is getting its very first mid-generation refresh, with a facelift to both the exterior and interior as well as plenty of content updates and new features.

What’s new for 2025?
This mid-generation refresh is a significant redesign despite not being a full generational shift, as the vehicle has received a ton of exciting upgrades and improvements across the board. Let’s start by highlighting the design changes to both the exterior and interior. On the outside, the front fascia has been completely redesigned, including a new grille and a new set of daytime running lights, while new wheel designs have also been added. You’ll also have two new exterior color options to choose from, including Rockwood Green and Canyon Red.
On the inside, the instrument panel is completely new, as are the steering wheel, air vents and dashboard controls for things like audio, video, navigation and the HVAC system. The rear seat’s center armrest now features two cup holders and a new Medium Gray option has been added for interior seating surfaces. Finally, perhaps most exciting of all, a new panoramic curved display has been added as an available feature, combining both a 12.3” driver information cluster and a 12.3” audio-video navigation system.
In addition to the design changes a host of new features and tech have been added or updated. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto have been integrated to every trim level, while Over the Air updates have been added to the infotainment system as well.
